Pancake Breakfast Sunday 3/26/00

The Knight's Parish Pancake Breakfast is scheduled
for Sunday, March 26th, after the 7:30, 9:00, and
10:30 Masses in the St. Augustine's Hall.

We are planning something special for the kids, and
we're inviting NCC and Small Groups who wish to
reserve a breakfast table to let us know.

Since Elizabeth Seton will be open, we are also inviting
them to join us at St Augustine's after Mass.

Come to the kitchen and help the Machi family with another of their splendid breakfasts; give some serious thought to a greater commitment to the Knights by answering the call for officer candidates; rent a tux and complete the Form 4 for the 4th degree ceremony in April; volunteer to help with the parish picnic; help Rich with the donuts; organize a bus trip to Reno (OK, that was an idea from last month's newsletter, but I haven't heard any more about it and my bag of quarters has been growing all winter...I'm ready!); or...you can send an article to your friendly newsletter editor. Are you involved with a school, community, or charitable event? Have an idea you'd like to propose? Have the second-smartest grandchild in the world? A really great recipe (how about a Knight's Cookbook?) Share your story with your brother knights . You'll get a byline. If you send your picture, I'll put it in the upper left corner of the column, just like Dear Abby. Nature abhors a vacuum. Editors abhor empty space. Readers abhor filler material.
